Bad Weather
Generally classes are held irrespective of weather conditions although on days of very heavy snow or freezing rain regular instructors may not be able to make it to class or may be late. Students should consider their own safety in getting to and from class. If in doubt, call the dojo (518.785.6883) to check if an instructor has arrived/will be arriving or if a senior student will teach the class.
* Randori class is for advanced students whose can take advanced ukemi. Please talk to Sensei, John Fitzpatrick before attending.
** Friday morning class is a challenge class that Sensei runs at a fast pace with limited instruction. New students will only take ukemi until Sensei determines that they can be nage. Please see Sensei before attending.
